Human trafficking is modern day slavery. Human trafficking is the fastest growing criminal industry in the world, based on the recruitment, harboring, and transportation of people solely for the purpose of exploitation.

Every year traffickers generate billions of dollars in profits at the expense of victimizing people all around the world. It is something that has spread to the earth’s most dense jungles to prestigious neighborhoods. It is impossible to separate Human Trafficking with pornography and other sexual addictions due to them their connection.

Statistics on Human Trafficking:

  • There are 30 Million slaves worldwide. This is more than anytime in human history.
  • At least 800,000 are trafficked across international borders every year.
  • 50% of these victims are children.
  • 161 countries are affected by Human Trafficking.
  • Between 20,000 and 100,000 people are trafficked into the United States each year.
  • 244,000 American Children at risk of child sexual exploitation including commercial sexual exploitation.
  • 12-14 average age of first involvement in prostitution
